365 Days Ahead

What are you going to do with the next 365 days?

That is what I asked myself at the beginning of last 2 years-

Going into 2015, my biggest goal was to no longer be pre-diabetic, no longer have my weight in the 200lb range, and just be nicer to my body, because up until that point I never really had focused taking care of it.

In that year alone I lost almost 40lbs- I was no longer pre-diabetic and I felt happier than I ever had in my entire life- I honestly was a whole new version of myself.

Going into 2016 my biggest goal at that point was to maintain and maybe even lose more weight than I already had at that point, another big goal of mine was to get away from being so trapped in my own head- and work on being more confident in myself so that I could be a better me outwardly.

Looking back, I did just that- I lost another 25 pounds this year and have toned a lot- like abs are actually showing for the first time in my entire life, which is still nuts for me.

BUT how did I do all this?

It was pretty simple actually- I started working out in my own garage for 30 minutes a day, I started to portion out and eat non-proccessed foods, I started drinking this superfood that takes less than 2 minutes to make, and I surrounded myself with some of my best friends in the world. Thats it.

And guess what? YOU can do it too!
