So I LOVE to bake, but baking and losing weight does not exactly go hand in hand- that was up until I started to play with clean baking! Basically all clean baking is, is using clean and raw ingredients to make the desserts we all love! Below I posted one of my favorites (and yes it counts as a fruit!).
Ingredients:
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 Cup Mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
1 TBSP organic butter
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 dash sea salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350…. Line your Muffin tins… Combine eggs, banana, and butter in medium bowl (mix well and set aside)… Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl (mix well)… add almond mixture to egg mixture (mix until blended)….divide batter evenly between muffin cups… bake 16-18 minutes… cool your muffins
