I decided today that that would be my word of the year. Why?
Because that is what I want most out of 2017 is to be successful. Be successful in my health and fitness journey, bring success to the others I help though coaching, successfully grow my team, and bring success to other aspects of my life.
Success is sucu a powerful word in that to succeed in life there will be failures, there will be hard times, thefe will be times you want to give up.
