Before I started my weightloss journey I told myself to celebrate the small things- if I lost 1 pound in a week, I was proud. If I only went a dress size down over 3 months, I was proud. If I lost 5 pounds instead of the 10, I was still proud- because ALL of those little things add up.💗
Those little thinks pile up into hills and then montains that compound onto eachother getting me closer and closer to my goals- and that is a major part of my success in this journey. Celebrating the small stuff to get to the big stuff.
So take your journey day by day and recognize the little things along the way🙂
