Are you doing the best you can be doing?
I ask myself this question everyday, whether it is when I am working my business or I am in the middle of a workout- I always asks myself, can I be doing more?
—> And you know what the awnser is generally YES!
As a person it is so easy to fall into your comfort zone and not push yourself- we all do it- shoot I did it the other day during my workout by using light weights 😂

It is funny though that even though I recognize that I do fall into that zone of not doing my best, I still end up wondering why things didn’t turn out how I planned or why I didn’t reach my goal—–> and why should I be??! If I didn’t do my best, do I really deserve my BEST results?
